“Our Google nest dooebell has been offline for 2 days now. We have tried everything to get it back online, rebooting it, restarting the router, even turning the breaker on and off. Is this something that you might be able to come out and try to fix?”

I'm going to be positive and say that they can BUT always ask them first. That is MY senior advice. I had a similar issue and TOGETHER we got it right! :)
