QuestionI currently have a ring doorbell but want to switch to the SimpliSafe. Are they able to replace the old ring doorbell with the SimpliSafe doorbell with this service?

- Answer Geek Squad will switch for free if you're a member plus you get a 2 year warranty. I had SimpliSafe and went back to Ring. Ring is $30 a year but SimpliSafe is $60 and Ring has so many options the other one doesn't. Just my preference.

- Answer That samething happened to mine, I reached out to Ring Support the did some troubleshooting however they determined that the doorbell was defective so they offered to replace it for free.

- Answer New chime may not be necessary however the White chime Pro is a fabulous upgrade from the chime we replaced. Quality and responsiveness is well worth it in my opinion.
