A:AnswerThey do but I would go with a different installer. I had a nightmare having them come out 3 times and not getting it properly installed. The issue at hand was they needed to install the component on the chime before installing the doorbell component.
I ended up having the Google recommended installers coming, removing the old doorbell, and installing a new one themselves. They were able to do it in a single try.
Overall though I do like the Nest Hello doorbell.
A:AnswerThey neglected to install the small black converter box to the chimes. I had the same problem until the 3rd tech came out and knew his job well. This small black box comes in the same box as the Ring Doorbell. Be sure the box is empty when install is done. All parts are necessary .
