Q: QuestionWhy spend over $500 (sale price) for a 32" monitor, when you can get a TV of the same size for just over $100 (sale price) at the same store?
Asked by luislast.
- A:Answer Well, a basic internet search will answer that question for you. For what it's worth: $100 TV - 1280x720 resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 5ms pixel response time, HDMI only, no sync options, TN panel $500 ViewSonic Gaming Monitor - 2560x1440 resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, 0.5ms pixel response time, Display Port, G-sync, IPS panel The $100 TV will give you screen tearing, blurry images, difficult to read text, and probably a headache with prolonged use attached to your PC. At least spend $150-$200 on a "cheaper" 1080p (1920x1080) monitor if you don't want an expensive gaming one.
