If you mean zero clearance by the hinges not being visable then yes - if you mean the doors open if they are recessed into the opening or behind the face of the cabinet then no - for the doors to open completely the body of the fridge can be flush with the cabinet face but the doors need to be in front of the cabinet face - photo below shows door open in front of the cabinet face - no hinge is visable - hope that helps

Zero clearance hinges allow a door or a lid to open without any clearance needed on the side of the hinge. It's important, because not all cabinets will let a refrigerator without zero clearance hinges to open properly in the space. This really should be included in all refrigerator specs. Knowing what you need could help you avoid a giant hassle of installing a refrigerator only to find out it doesn't work in your space. Not all salespeople know this, and astonishingly enough, not all installers do. In the photo below, you can see that when the door is open, it's flush with the side of the refrigerator. If the door goes beyond the plane of the side of the door, it does not have zero clearance hinges.
