Do the Viper Keyfobs replace the OEM Keyfobs? null

No they do not if your fob is factory. Which i like which is also why i bought the one thats the exact same with a 1 button Fob to start engine.. Open and close doors. But maintaining your fob the rest is not need. You want to unlock your car with your fob if you autostart. If not and do it by hand etc your car will auto cut off.. The less button viper is a $100 cheaper.
