• Yes it can. There’s a sequence you have to go through for it to work on a manual transmission.

• Installing a remote start system in a vehicle with a manual transmission is not a good idea. I’m not sure they have an option to support it or not, but the risk is high that your vehicle won’t start without the clutch being pushed in.
