It has a very brief, very lacking manual. You will have to go to YouTube to really understand it. Maybe vipers website. No mention how to use the factory key to remote start or anything. As far as what's in the box, all the wiring in the module the tech needs to install it if your vehicle is listed on the back of the box. I had it installed in a 2017 RAV4 and it was 100% complete
