Did you ever get this figured out? I have the same problem and the guys answer isn’t helping thanks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Viper folks have some videos on YouTube to pairing remotes. I believe the app has instructions too. Pretty simple process. Press and release the button the are little antenna then press again and hold until the light starts blinking (you might also hear a noise). Then in the app select “pair” and select your car.
