Will this work on a 2016 Kia Soal+? null

Yes as long as it's an automatic and not standard. I had mine installed by Best buy on a 2008 Acura TL and it works great. It's always nice to not only protect your car from vandalism but also be able to warm or cool your car before going out into the elements.
