Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I myself on the day of the install came prepare to pay any added charges. After the remote starter was installed i was given a very effective overview on how to use the remote and to my surprise there was absolutely no out of pocket expense for the install. Thank you Best Buy for your commitment to quality customer service. I not only left the store feeling that I got a great deal for my hard earned money but also felt extremely appreciated!
