A:AnswerI have the same problem. It seems to just start the engine and not the whole car. It’s not until I put the key in and turn it twice that the battery turns on. This is when the heat and radio turn on. I’m very disappointed with this purchase as it does not warm up my car or defrost windows which was the whole purpose. I’m hoping it’s a wiring issue and will be looking into that. If someone knows the right answer please let me know!
A:AnswerYes. This is exactly how I use mine. Start up and simply hit the door unlock button as usual. Once for driver,twice for all doors.system will stay running you .just insert key at this point and go. You can also turn off engine by hitting remote start button again. A:AnswerComes with starter fob and will also use your key fob if you have lock/unlock function already on your key. App downloads to your phone and you have to pair with car starter after they install... hope this helps!!
A:AnswerIt may, with proper accessories, but highly unlikely Best Buy has them. Could not install on a 2002 BMW even though extra key was available for installation.
A:AnswerHi.fyi you should be able to use your original key fob to start your system.Remotes are available from Best Buy or other retailers. I recommend upgrading at this point as the original remote is far from great in my opinion.good luck
