• Depending on your carrier, most can be either uninstalled or deactivated but they do use a bit of space

• It is a 16 g memory I have downloaded many apps and photos and I'm still going strong. You do have to remember to shut all apps down by pressing the appropriate button. That zapps the battery. I do this through the day.

• I reccommend to get a Sd micro card with this phone because I have so much room left. 5.15gb is what the phone's apps uses but with a 16gb SD card you'll have much room left.

• I believe it really depends upon your carrier as to how much space is taken up by the phone's apps and bloatware. When I received my phone it had 6.5 taken over by the apps and the bloatware leaving me another 9.5 free for my own use. It also has a MicroSD card slot, which will allow cards anywhere from 2 - 128 Gb. (Not included)
