“Will the person who is useing this phone with assurance wireless please tell me how you activated it, because I tried to activate it & they tell me that it is not compatable with their service? Please I went out & bought the phone & now I can't use it.”

Go to this site and log into your account. It will ask for your phone # and your pin number to change your phone. It also shows the ZTE Prestige 2 as one of the phones you can use. http://assurancewireless.virginmobileusa.com/userguides/
