My laptop was hacked last month, my PIN was changed, I had no access to my machine -- big depression. I called the Geek Squad, they quoted me a price and a time estimate, and I took it in the next day. They had it wiped clean and restored in two days. The price was less thana buying a new laptop, and I had my own back again -- it was completely worth it.
