    • Answer Yes! You have two primary methods for selecting your phone number: 1. Keep Your Current Number (Porting) - this is the best option if you want to keep your existing phone number, which you're currently using, from your old carrier. 2. Get a New Number - if you opt for a new number, you will typically be able to choose the Area Code (the first 3 digits), which is based on the ZIP code of your service address. The system will then let you choose from a list of available numbers within that chosen area code for the next 3 digits of the phone number. To avoid this, the Visible+ & Visible+ Pro plans offer unlimited premium data, which is protected from congestion-based slowdowns, giving you a more reliable high-speed access.     • Answer That’s a great question! While Visible doesn’t have a specific 'seasonal suspend' feature, our prepaid model offers plenty of flexibility. You can simply disable Autopay, and your service will pause at the end of your current cycle. You’ll have 60 days to reactivate your account and keep your phone number.   • QuestionIs it possible to use the physical sim card to set up my account and if so how can I do it? I have tried everything, even went through lengthy customer service and they couldn't find a way. Every option defaults to an esim use. I don't like esims.

    • Answer The answer you gave me is not correct. I am using a Samsung Galaxy s25 ultra and currently have a Straight Talk physical sim installed in the phone and it works great. When I try to set up Visible on the same phone I do not get an option for the physical sim. I know for a fact that it is physical sim compatible. I think the correct answer is that Visible does not want physical sims and wants everyone to use esims. You shouldn't sell physical sims if we can't use them. I waisted my money on 2 sim kits.

    • Answer Very easily- just contact your current carrier and get a porting pin and give it to visible - I had them do it at the store, got a sim card, it was seamless.

    • Answer We're so glad you asked that! Visible is a prepaid service provider. This means your service remains active as long as your monthly payment is made. If you don't pay your bill by the due date, your service is immediately suspended. You won’t be able to make calls, send texts, or use data. We generally hold your account in a suspended state for 60 days. During this time, you can log in to your account, pay your balance, and your service will be restored instantly.
