Your Visual Land Elite 10Q+ should not have any charging issues. If it does have issues charging or if the charging port seems loose you can contact our professional customer service representatives at 562-860-2669. Our hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST. You can avoid a loose charging port by making sure to not push the charging cord against the tablet too firmly. If you see a little bit of the charging cord come out of the charging port that is normal. Also refrain from wiggling the charger while the tablet is connected to the charger.
