• It can be used with the Vitamix Ascent Series blenders only; includes the A2300, A2500, A3300, and A3500.

• These travel cups only work with the smart system machines which are the Ascent Series Vitamix Blenders A2308 A2508 A3308 A3500. The good news is that it will work with the E320 series which you will need to purchase is the "personal cup adapter" that allows you to use it with that blender. You can go onto the Vitamix website and search the menu for accessories.
