“Someone else asked if this machine can make dough. Vitamix team member suggests using the dry container for that purpose. I'd like to know why that is, please, and why not the wet blender, there is after all water in the making of dough.”

• Great question! The blades in our Dry Grains Container are specifically designed to create a reverse vortex, pushing dry ingredients away from the blades to prevent packing.
