Please try again later.It is important to keep in mind that each Vitamix blender is made specifically for the country where it will be used, and Vitamix meets compliance regulations required for a specific country. Please also note that if a Vitamix product is purchased in one country and then is taken to another country and requires repair, it must go back to the country of original purchase to be serviced. Vitamix does not cover shipping costs in such an instance, nor does it custom build 220volt machines for direct purchase.
