I've been having the same problem with it not focusing. It's brand new I've only used it twice so not dirty nor wet. I don't see an option to focus, can any one plz tell me how to get it to focus on both photo & video?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Is platic covering your lens? Are lens clean, did the camera get dropped, been exposed to moisture? The first 2 are the most likely reasons. Moisture/high humidity in areas can mess up focus. Dropping poses it's own risks.
