With a full charge, you can get through a 30-40 minute performance or program. If you record in burst you might make the battery last longer. Also, you can record and have the camera connected via the USB connection. If you choose to record for more than 10 minutes, about 8-9 minutes will record and the rest will continue with the next mp4 file. So the limit is around 10 minutes. I used a 128 Gig SD card for this camera, a regular one.

The battery life of the camera depends on many factors, like if you are capturing pictures or videos, if you are using audio, or capturing sound, using the flash, the resolution set etc. This camera needs to be charged for around 3-4 hours for a full charge. You should be able to run it for a day, unless there is extreme usage. This takes videos in 10-15 minutes intervals to prevent loss of date.
