“Can the viso soundbar be operated through the tv Comcast remote sound button or does it require a separate remote”

• My Comcast guy just came and hooked up my new tv and sound bar and try as he may he could not get everything to work off the Comcast remote. I have to control my sound from the remote for the sound bar.

• This Sound Bar comes with a VIZIO remote that is intended to control the Sound Bar. If Comcast has given you a universal remote control, you may be able to set up the Comcast remote to control the sound bar. Comcast would be able to give you the capabilities of their remote, and assist you in programming it to control the sound bar.
