“Can not get my new samsung 5 series M530D tv to work with my 2 chanel sound bar. I have checked the audio output on the tv and reset the sound bar using both the optic cable and the rca cable. Bar recognizes the optic cable, but i can not get any sound”

• Try going to the settings in the tv as change from Dolby digital to PCM. Worked for me.

• It may be a setting in the T.V. audio out menu. Try changing your "digital audio out" to PCM. You may need to contact Samsung for specific settings.
