Can I hook this up to the headphone jack on my laptop? null

It should work fine with the Aux In jack connected to your laptop's headphone jack. You will need to buy a cable as one doesn't come with the speakers. If your laptop has Bluetooth, that might work also.

This sound bar has an Aux In jack. I connect that to the Line Out on my desktop PC and it works fine. I imagine should work with the headphone jack on a laptop.

You would be able to connect the sound bar to a laptop using the 3.5mm AUX connection.
