“My sound bar is connected to my Sony Bravia thru the HDMI Arc port, but the sound only comes thru the HDMI in setting on the sound-bar. I cannot play on HDMI Arc. Tried resetting to factory reset with no impact.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did not have your problem, mine was with audio delay, but I called the customer service number in the manual on New Year’s Eve and Mike in South Dakota solved my problem. I’d give them a call.
