• Yes you can mount it, and it comes with a mount for you.

• Yes, and it comes with the brackets to do so, but note that the cables exit from the bottom of the speaker, so if you mount it below the tv (which is better for sound unless your tv is practically at floor level) you will have wires running below and around the side of the speaker to get them up to the tv.
