“Our sound bar will suddenly quit working...no sound...and sometimes we can get it back on by clicking the last three buttons randomly...sub, bass, treb...but don't ever know what makes it work. we don't know if we have turned it off accidently. help!”

• You must have quality cables/wires from the TV to the soundbar and from the cable box to the TV. For less than $15 your world will change. You cannot push a hot dog thru a straw.
