• Thats optical for you, I had optical and suffered the same problem periodically. This sound bar sounds great with HDMI ARC cable connection. However, the problem could be the signal from the source you are getting it from. They sometimes send it like that from their end.

• I ued the optical hook up and found when i turn on the sound then the tv it usually syncs
