Ours was an "open box" deal and they give you a 60day warranty for free. But because we were getting for my teens room, we purchased a 5 year warrant with it for only an additional $22. Which in the end is still cheaper than this TV started out being. Best Buy is awesome with its GeekSquad and guarantees.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's a 1-year manufacturer warranty. I had one that malfunctioned at ~10 months and I'm currently going through the warranty process. Hopefully it's quick. Consider extending the warranty at Best Buy if you're concerned.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Vizio offers the standard 1-year warranty (like most everyone else). And, like most everyone else, any replacement will likely be a refurb. It's industry standard practice. You can blame the slobs that would "break" something every 11 months and expect a brand new set for this policy.
