• No you are unable to just surf the web. You can only use the TV apps that are predownloaded on the TV system.

• Unfortunately you cannot surf the internet. The Vizio Smart TV doesn't have a web browser. It comes preloaded with apps that let you stream content like Youtube, Hulu, iHeart Radio, etc. There are also apps for Facebook, Yahoo, stocks and weather, but without a browser you can't surf the web at will. I still have yet to figure out if you can add new apps.

• No you can not, there is no browser. You can use YouTube, Netflix, I-heart Radio, Amazon Prime.

• Not that I've found. You do have access to Youtube and Amazon plus a host of movie and music locations, Facebook, Twitter, etc. But I didn't find any access to Google or other web search engines.

• The VIZIO - E-Series - 24" Class does not have a full scale browser so you can't "surf" the Internet. You can fully access any installed apps.
