• If the wireless headphone base uses a standard 3.5mm stereo cable to connect to the sound source, you are good to go. There is no Bluetooth connection.

• If they connect wireless thru USB wireless connection then yes. TV has One USB Connection. If you try and Pair them to Bluetooth, this TV doesn't have a Bluetooth paring option.
