For whatever reason, this seems to happen on all my TVs, not just this one. I think it is the cable service, thought they deny it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My Class D-Series 24" TV is also disconnecting from Wi-Fi on it's own which is a new thing occurring in the last few weeks. I did have issues with my ISP - it shut down 3 times in April and once in May - and there was no issue in my neighborhood. Just my house. This issue is NOT occurring with any other smart TV in the house in any other room. Since this TV has 2 HDMI ports you can use a ROKU or Fire Stick and still stream TV. We tend to also watch OTA tv anyway, and what I didn't like about this particular TV is that the DEFAULT for "LIVE" TV is "LIVE STREAMING" which uses costly bandwidth... something that is UNNECESSARY if you use antennas to watch network live TV - which we do at our house. I decided to reset this back to factory settings and NOT connect it to the internet via the TV... but to use the STREAMING devices and STICKS I already have - that I used before buying this on the dumb TV that this was a replacement for. Interesting to see that it has happened to someone else. I own two other brands of smart TV's and have not ever had this problem with any of them.
