“the mute function on my Vizio smart tv model D24f-F1 stopped working suddenly. It doesn't work from any remote. Any ideas on how to get it working again? I've already gone through all audio features in menu (I think).”

yeah same thing has happened with my d24f f1 vizio smart tv in the last week or so. i also have been having issues with the lip siync on this tv for months. directv says it’s vizio....vizio says it’s directv. i have 2 other vizio smart tvs in my house and they don’t do it. very disappointed in this tv. usually vizio s are good..will be looking to see if anyone can tell us what caused this all the sudden. mute won’t work on the directv remote for this tv either besides the tv remote.
