• If your TV broadcasts its Bluetooth yes. If it is only a receiver then no.

• My guess is yes...I've paired it with multiple iPhones and MacBook Air. I use optical to TV since my tv has no Bluetooth. The Bluetooth button on the top works to pair it...just hold it down to put the bar in Bluetooth search mode and it should find your tv signal

• I do not think it will connect with a TV through Bluetooth, but my tv does not have Bluetooth, so I am not sure
