- Answer You'll just need to connect your Dish receiver to the TV with a cable. We'd recommend using an HDMI cable.

QuestionI will never buy another vizio - you call this a smart tv - It is not smart if you are only tied into apps from yahoo. It is a dumb TV!!!!!

- Answer Not sure I follow your comment, that it's a dumb tv? Connect the cable box to your tv. In my case, i have a cable box that connects to the cable coming out of the wall and an HDMI cable that connects the cable box to the tv input. You need a separate paid subscription to use apps such as Netflix or Hulu, as well as a Facebook account to access Facebook. YouTube requires you to have internet access, no account is necessary to just view videos.

QuestionCan I connect Bose speakers that have a typical earphone plug (that fits into a little round hole on my computer). If not, is there some kind of converter I can buy to connect them to the audio out ports?

- Answer This TV does not have a headphone jack and a converter would be needed to go from analog audio (Red and White) to a headphone jack.

QuestionVizio says this model D32f-E1 has 120 HZ but the Best Buy and Walmart website says it has 60 HZ. The box at Walmart says 60 HZ. Does anyone know what it really is? I called Vizio and they insist it is 120, but all the ads and their boxes say 60HZ.

- Answer Best Buy told me today that it is only 60Hz and that they will revise their website. Also, there are only two HDMI inputs, not three.
