• Go to the Menu Button. Then, Systems, Timers. Press, OK. Go to, Sleep timer. You can set it from 30 mins. up to, 180 mins. I hope this helps you. If not, search for it or call, Vizio tech. Good luck.

• To set the TV's sleep timer go to Menu > System > Timers > Sleep Timer. The VIZIO menus are accessible with the VIZIO remotes by pressing the Menu button or the symbol on the button that looks like a gear wheel.
