• NO! purchase a stereo RCA to female 1/8" or 1/4" (most are 1/8") stereo jack Y-cord adapter and plug a Bluetooth adapter into it. This Y-cord allows headphones and simple speakers to be connected as well.

• I would assume so yes. If one device does not have bluetooth capabilities, you're not going to have much luck connecting it wirelessly regardless if the other connecting device comes equipped with bluetooth.
