• Sorry mine was spot on soon as I started it... great image and color. I would contact the store you purchased it from I am sure they will be happy to help guide you through.

• Generally the television will display the resolution being supplied to it by the source. If you television is not displaying 1080p their may be a video output on your device that would need changed.
