I Don’t have Spectrum. That said it is a smart tv, and you can download apps. You should be able too. Side not I’m extremely impressed with the picture quality on this television. I bought 2 . One for each of my daughters bedrooms. They were extremely excited. We have Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney Plus, and ESPN Plus. They stream flawlessly. I highly recommend this television.

No, but you may be able to use screen sharing form an Android of iOS device to watch the application on this TV.
