Yes it does. I have a MOFI4500 gizmo that I ordered from Amazon. It takes a T-Mobile or at&t SIM card. I just plugged it in, followed the online set up, in 5 minutes I was cable ready. It’s like for camping so you still have everything and you can travel anywhere with it. You do have to pay for the streaming though. It works great.

Some streaming services are subscription based, like Netflix and Disney+, but there are many free services. The Vizio Free TV app has a lot of programming without having to subscribe to anything. There are other free apps too. Some apps apps require a free subscription to access their content, like the free tier of Peacock. (No accessories are required at all if you have WiFi--just plug it in and connect to your home WiFi). PS: I have this 32" Vizio too and one thing I noticed is that scrolling through the different apps on screen is a bit sluggish. I also have a 50" Vizio and it does not have this problem.
