Hi, I talked to spectrum, this tv does not pickup the better speed. The first night I had this tv, it kept freezing because of this. Over time it’s playing better now. I was upset about this, none of us know this before buying it. I only have one streaming site causing problems. I was told you can buy an amplified WiFi booster, these are the plug ins, that cost around fifty dollars. I may get one later , don’t know if it will work or not. This is not your cable service, it’s the tv. I love this tv, but yes I was surprised and didn’t know, they made TVs that can’t pickup up, faster internet
