“I am unable to locate or modify settings regarding the 120hz refresh rate. When and where is this setting applied? According to the System Information, it has not gone over 60hz and is connected to my devices via HDMI.”

Most TV companies are playing games with refresh rates, HDMI 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, They are also playing games with the backlight LED rates, if they are only side view, 10, 12, 16 or more. Ask a really knowledgeable person at the Magnolia section of Best Buy or read reviews on C/Net.com C/Net really goes into the "real" numbers, not what the manufacturers put on the sets. They will let you know if it is a true 120hz refresh rate or not. Good luck!
