“How can you cut back on the background music/clatter...when trying to hear the people speaking? Sometimes the background drowns out the language...and tired of pushing up the sound. I saw there was an audio button, but what would I change?”

You may prefer the audio with the Surround Sound turned off. You can also try turning off the Volume Leveling setting also.
