• It is 60Hz, PERIOD! Vizio falsely advertises 120hz for this TV by calling it an "effective refresh rate" in their specs (which just means that in their opinion it's so smooth that it *looks like* 120Hz) while never listing the actual refresh rate anywhere in the specs. They are targeting gamers who aren't paying attention and think they're getting a crazy deal on a high-refresh-rate display. But they are not. This TV has a 60Hz panel-- plain and simple.
