“I just bought this TV for my Xbox One X, and my Xbox can tell it’s a 4K TV but it says it can’t run 4K UHD (60Hz). Is there a way to fix this or should I get a different 4K TV?”

• To get HDR content you would need to ensure that the Full Color UHD setting is turned on in the input menu for the HDMI port you are using.

• Did you make sure the hdmi cable is 2.0 (high speed)? Xbox one x comes with a high speed one. Normal hdmi cords only do 4K 30hz

• You must use HDMI1 to get full support on Xbox One X. HDMI 2 and 3 do not work.

• Sorry for my earlier answer. Just got the tv. Go to menu on the button, then go to input settings, then turn full uhd color on. Should work now

• Only one hdmi port supports hdmi 2, make sure you use that port. Make sure your cable supports hdmi 2, make sure the Xbox is set to output 4K 60

• Can you adjust the frequency settings on your Xbox to run at a lower frequency? Other than that, buy a gaming monitor.
