“I purchased a Visio 40”. Model V405-G9. The TV requires an adapter which is not included, nor did the sales associate tell me I needed one. What type adapter do I need. Also, the user Manuel is not included with purchase. Thank you”

• I would return it.... I got a user manual with mine... and I didn't need any extra adapters
