Hi Batman - I put the dimensions below - One thing to note with this TV - it is under 36" wide which is unusual for a 40" TV. I know this because I had a limited space that my TV could fit, and I was trying to upgrade to a 40", and could not find any other brand with this size screen and would fit. Overall I am very happy with the product and it fit perfectly in the space I had in my Master Bedroom. Height With Stand 22.7 inches Product Width 35.5 inches Product Depth With Stand 8.36 inches Product Height Without Stand 20.5 inches Product Depth Without Stand 2.55 inches
