• Unfortunately your vision tv does not have this capability l. I recommend using a speaker to play spotify while you use your tv for the hdmi usage.

• It's not a Smart TV actually it has Chromecast built in. That means you can cast from any Chrome accessible app to the TV, but the TV itself doesn't have apps built in.
