“Hi. Just bought this tv, 1080, by does it say 720p on my screen? Even under settings the resolution says 1280 x 720. Why isn't it saying 1080?”

• It's all based on what's connected to it. I connected my HDMI box cable to it which Outputs 1080i and the TV automatically detected the settings

• The TV is showing you the resolution it is receiving from the source device. It can only show the resolution it is receiving.

• You may want to check the settings on your cable or satellite box to make sure it is sending a 1080 signal. You may also want to check your HDMI cables.
