In VIZIO Sound Bar Systems the components are self-contained and balanced, so the wattage transmitted between each internal component is already configured to give you the maximum Sound Pressure Level. Additional speakers cannot be added.

But you might be able to hook up multiple M series soundbars with each other for a whole home audio system by plugging a separate device into each soundbar, such as a Chromecast Audio dongle (for some inexplicable reason discontinued but still available for a price) or maybe a Google Nest Mini, and cast audio from your phone or other device to the multiple soundbars via the connected dongles or Nest audio minis. If using Nest audio or similar "assistant," I would turn off the microphone so that you hear it but it does not hear you.
